Cranberry-Apple-Orange Relish

medium Northern Spy or other tart apples, cored

cups fresh cranberries

small navel oranges, peeled and sectioned

Directions
1. Using a food processor or food grinder with a coarse blade, coarsely chop apples, cranberries, and oranges, a little at a time. (The pieces should be about 1/4 inch.) In a large bowl, combine the fruit and sugar.
2. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours. Stir before serving. If desired, garnish with orange peel curls and fresh cranberries. Makes 5 cups (twenty 1/4 cup servings).
