Cocktail Sauce

Ingredients

cup bottled chili sauce
1/4
cup prepared horseradish
1
tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1
teaspoon bottled hot pepper sauce (optional)

Directions

  1. In small bowl combine chili sauce, horseradish, lemon juice and hot pepper sauce. Season to taste with salt and black pepper. Store, refrigerated, up to 1 week. Makes about 1-1/4 cups.
