Chocolate Sauce

Directions
In a small saucepan stir together sugar, cocoa,and cornstarch. Add evaporated milk. Cook and stir over medium heat until sauce is thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir for 2 minutes more. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla. Serve the sauce warm or cool to room temperature. Makes about 1 cup (16, 1-tablespoon servings)
