Chinese Mustard Sauce

Ingredients

cup brown mustard

tablespoons snipped fresh cilantro

teaspoons water

teaspoon sesame oil

Directions

  1. In a small bowl stir together mustard, cilantro, water, and sesame oil. Cover and refrigerate overnight. To serve, bring to room temperature. Makes about 1/4 cup ( 4 servings).
