Asian Marinade

Directions

  1. In small bowl stir together beef broth, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, green onions, sherry or juice, sugar, ginger, and garlic. Pour meat or fish. Turn to coat meat or fish. Marinate in refrigerator at least 4 hours or up to 24 hours, turning occasionally. Drain meat or fish, discarding marinade. Grill. Makes enough for 1-1/4 pounds of meat or fish.
