Turkey Swiss Melt

4 ounces thinly sliced cooked turkey

2 ounces thinly sliced Swiss cheese
directions
1. In a covered medium skillet, cook onion and, if desired, cranberries in butter over medium-low heat for 8 to 10 minutes or just until onion is tender, stirring occasionally.
2. Meanwhile, spread cut surfaces of rolls with mustard blend. Layer turkey and cheese on bottom halves of rolls. Top with onion mixture and top halves of rolls; wrap each sandwich in foil.
3. Bake in a 350 degree F oven about 20 minutes or until heated through. Makes 2 servings.
Make-Ahead Tip: Wrap sandwiches in foil and refrigerate for up to 4 hours. To serve, bake in a 350 degree F oven about 20 minutes or until heated through.
