Turkey, Bacon and Apple Club
Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup  mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons  Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons  snipped fresh thyme
  • 12 slices white bread, toasted if desired
  • 8 ounces  sliced, smoked turkey breast
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • Leaf lettuce
  • 8 slices crisp-cooked bacon
  • 1 large apple, sliced
Directions

1. To make Turkey, Bacon & Apple Club, in a bowl combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, snipped fresh thyme leaves; spread on three slices of bread. On one slice layer cheddar cheese, sliced turkey, and lettuce. Top with another slice of bread, spread side up, then layer bacon and apple. Top with the remaining bread slice, spread side down. Skewer with long picks and cut in half to serve. Chips are optional, but highly recommended. Makes 4 sandwiches (8 servings).
