Roast Beef and Radish Spread

tablespoons mayonnaise or salad dressing

pound cooked beef, finely chopped

cup finely chopped radishes

green onions, finely chopped

Directions
In medium bowl beat cream cheese, mayonnaise or salad dressing, mustard, and horseradish with an electric mixer on low to medium speed until fluffy. Fold in beef, radishes, and green onion. Cover and chill in the refrigerator at least 3 hours or overnight. Serve with mini bagels. Makes about 2 1/2 cups (20 2-tablespoon servings).
