Ham on Biscuits with Red-Eye Gravy
tube refrigerated biscuits
leftover center-cut ham slices
cup strong coffee
cup chicken broth
- Bake tube of refrigerated biscuits according to package directions.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Brown ham slice well on both sides. Remove from skillet and keep warm.
- Add coffee and chicken broth to skillet. Bring to a boil and continue to boil until slightly thickened.
- Serve ham and gravy on sliced hot biscuits.
