
In a blender container or food processor bowl combine tofu, buttermilk, vinegar, Italian seasoning, dry mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Cover and blend or process until smooth.
Transfer to a covered container. Stir in celery seed. Cover and chill at least 2 hours or up to 24 hours. Makes 5 (2-tablespoon) servings.
