The Shed Cole Slaw

Ingredients

medium head fresh cut green cabbage (1/4 to 1/2" size strips, not too shredded), about 9 cups
1/2
of a small head fresh cut purple cabbage,(1/4 to 1/2" size strips, not too shredded), about 3 cups
2
carrots, shredded (1 cup)
3/4
cup mayonnaise
1/2
cup dairy sour cream

tablespoons white sugar
1
tablespoon cider vinegar
1
tablespoon Dijon-style mustard
1/2
teaspoon salt
1/2
teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

  1. In a very large bowl combine cabbages and carrot. In a small bowl combine mayonnaise, sour cream, sugar, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper; stir into cabbage mixture. Cover and chill at least 2 hours before serving.
