Sunny Broccoli Salad
cup mayonnaise, reduced-fat mayonnaise, or salad dressing
cups chopped fresh broccoli florets
cup shelled sunflower seeds
slices bacon, crisp-cooked, drained and crumbled
- In a large bowl combine mayonnaise, raisins, onion, sugar, and vinegar. Add broccoli and stir to coat. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or up to 24 hours. Before serving, stir in sunflower seeds and bacon.
- Makes 12 to 16 side-dish servings.
