Sesame-Soy Dressing
Ingredients

    tablespoons salad oil
  • 2
    tablespoons lime juice
  • 1
    tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 1
    tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1
    tablespoon water
  • 1/2
    teaspoon grated fresh ginger or 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2
    teaspoon sugar
Directions

In a screw-top jar combine, salad oil, lime juice, reduced-sodium soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, water, sugar, and ginger. Cover and shake well. Use immediately or chill until needed. Makes about 1/2 cup dressing (eight, 1-tablespoon servings).
