Romaine Hearts with Blue Cheese
Halve heart of romaine lengthwise. Trim core at ends. Place 1 half on each salad plate. Top with red onion, walnuts, and blue cheese. Drizzle with blue cheese salad dressing. If desired, sprinkled with black pepper.
