Marinated Coleslaw

cups packaged shredded cabbage with carrot

medium onion, cut into thin wedges

cup broken pecans, toasted

recipe Hot 'n' Spicy Lime Dressing (see recipe, below)
Directions
Combine cabbage mixture, onion, and pecans in very large salad bowl. Pour dressing over cabbage mixture; gently toss to coat. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 4 hours. Makes 8 servings.
Hot 'n' Spicy Lime Dressing

Directions
