- In a screw-top jar combine oil, vinegar, Signet marigold petals, marigold leaves, and sugar. Cover and shake well.
- Drizzle vinaigrette on lettuce wedges or mesclun. Top salads with additional Signet blossoms and leaves. Makes about 1 cup dressing.
