Herb Vinegars
Ingredients

tablespoons snipped desired fresh herbs (such as basil, thyme, oregano, rosemary and/or any combination you desire)

Vinegar (white wine, apple cider or desired vinegar)
Directions
Loosely fill 1-quart glass jars with cleaned fresh herbs. Add vinegar to cover. Secure lid and steep for 1 to 2 months in a cool, dark place. Strain vinegar through cone-shape paper coffee filters. Pour into clean, sterilized bottles. Cork tightly and label. Makes 1 quart
