Fresh Fruit with Citrus Mint Dressing

Ingredients

cup orange juice

tablespoon snipped fresh mint or 1 teaspoon dried mint, crushed

teaspoon honey

cups assorted citrus fruit sections (such as blood oranges, tangelos, grapefruit, and/or navel oranges)

Directions

  1. For dressing, in a medium bowl, whisk together orange juice, mint, and honey. Add fruit to dressing; toss lightly to coat.
