This chutney is just a little hot, with loads of fresh lime and cilantro flavor. Try it with meats or chicken.

Cilantro Chutney
Ingredients

cups loosely packed fresh cilantro leaves

hot green chile (such as serrano), seeds and membranes removed

tablespoon fresh lime juice or lemon juice

teaspoon sugar
1/4
teaspoon salt
1/4
teaspoon ground cumin
Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Cover and process until mixture is almost smooth. Serve at once or cover and serve within 2 hours. Makes 1/2 cup (eight 1-tablespoon servings).
