Cilantro Chutney
Ingredients

cups loosely packed fresh cilantro leaves

hot green chile (such as serrano), seeds and membranes removed

Directions
Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Cover and process until mixture is almost smooth. Serve at once or cover and serve within 2 hours. Makes 1/2 cup (eight 1-tablespoon servings).
