Cherry-Greens Salad

cups torn mixed salad greens

cups pitted dark sweet cherries, halved, or 1/2 cup dried sweet cherries

cup crumbled Stilton or other blue cheese (2 ounces)

cup snipped fresh chives or thinly sliced green onion tops

cup bottled raspberry or blueberry vinaigrette salad dressing
Directions
1. In a large bowl, toss together salad greens, cherries, crumbled cheese, and chives.
2. Just before serving, pour vinaigrette over greens mixture; toss gently to coat. Makes 8 servings.
