Summer Breeze Rub

cup yellow mustard
Directions
In small bowl stir together brown sugar, seasoned salt, and chili powder. Brush meat or fish evenly with mustard. Sprinkle brown sugar mixture evenly onto meat or fish. Cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours or up to 24 hours. Grill. Makes enough for 4 pounds of meat or fish.
