To Make Marinade

Stir marinade mix before using. In a screw-top jar, combine 3 tablespoons olive oil, 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar (or white wine vinegar for chicken), 2 teaspoons of the dry mix, and 1 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard. Cover and shake well. Place 1 pound pork chops or skinless, boneless chicken breast halves in a resealable plastic bag set in a shallow dish. Pour marinade over meat; seal bag. Marinate in the refrigerator for 4 to 6 hours, turning bag occasionally. Drain meat; discarding marinade. Grill or broil as desired.
