Indian Rub

Ingredients

tablespoons finely chopped pistachio nuts

tablespoon paprika

tablespoon curry powder

tablespoon onion powder

teaspoon salt

teaspoon crushed red pepper

teaspoon cracked black pepper
1
teaspoon dry mustard

Directions

  1. In a bowl combine ingredients. Rub into turkey. Cover and chill about 8 hours before roasting.
