Red & Green Rub
Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons snipped fresh chives
- 2 teaspoons snipped fresh thyme
- 1 teaspoon snipped fresh oregano
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/8 teaspoon coarse salt
Directions
1. In a small bowl combine chives, thyme, oregano, chili powder, cumin, red pepper, and salt. Use the mixture as a rub on 1 pound raw meat. Cook meat as desired.
