small avocado, seeded, peeled, and chopped (about 1/2 cup)
canned tomatillos, rinsed, drained, and finely chopped (1/4 cup)
plum tomato, chopped
tablespoon canned diced green chile peppers
teaspoons lemon juice
teaspoon garlic salt
- In small bowl stir together avocado, tomatillos, plum tomato, chile peppers; lemon juice; and garlic salt. Store in refrigerator up to 24 hours. Makes about 1 cup.
