Really Red Coleslaw
10 ounce package shredded red cabbage (about 6 cups)
cup dried tart red cherries
cup bottled red raspberry vinaigrette salad dressing
tablespoon seedless red raspberry preserves
- In a large bowl, combine cabbage, onion, and dried cherries. Set aside.
- In a small bowl, stir together salad dressing and preserves. Pour over cabbage mixture; toss gently to coat. If desired, cover and chill for up to 6 hours.
