Really Red Coleslaw
Ingredients
- 1 10 ounce package shredded red cabbage (about 6 cups)
- 1 medium red onion, slivered (1 cup)
- 1/2 cup dried tart red cherries
- 1/2 cup bottled red raspberry vinaigrette salad dressing
- 1 tablespoon seedless red raspberry preserves
Directions
1. In a large bowl, combine cabbage, onion, and dried cherries. Set aside.
2. In a small bowl, stir together salad dressing and preserves. Pour over cabbage mixture; toss gently to coat. If desired, cover and chill for up to 6 hours.
