Honey and Poppy Seed Biscuits
- Preheat oven to 450 degree F. In a food processor or blender combine cottage cheese, milk, and honey. Cover and process or blend until nearly smooth.
- Prepare biscuit mix according to package direction for rolled biscuits, except substitute the pureed mixture and poppy seeds for the liquid called for on package.
- Bake in preheated oven about 10 minutes or until bottoms are lightly browned. Makes 10 to 12 biscuits.
