Georgie Porgie Pudding
Ingredients
  • 1 4-serving-size package instant chocolate-flavored pudding mix
  • 1 3/4 cups  cold milk
  • 1 tablespoon  reduced-fat peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon  chopped honey-roasted peanuts
  • 1/4 8 ounce container container frozen light whipped dessert topping, thawed
  • 2 tablespoons  chopped peanuts
  • Graham snack cookies (optional)
Directions

1. In a large mixing bowl beat pudding mix, cold milk, and peanut butter with a wire whisk for 2 minutes. Stir in peanuts. Divide pudding evenly among 4 dessert dishes.

2. Cover surface of pudding with plastic wrap. Chill for 1 to 2 hours. Just before serving, top each with a dollop of dessert topping and sprinkle with peanuts. If desired, serve with graham snack cookies. Makes 4 servings.
