Cherry-Almond Chocolate Desserts
cup cubed ladyfingers (2 ladyfingers; 1/2 oz.)
cup frozen unsweetened pitted tart red or dark sweet cherries, thawed and drained
3 3/4 ounce container sugar-free chocolate ready-to-eat pudding
tablespoons sliced almonds, toasted
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place ladyfinger cubes on a baking sheet. Bake for 5 minutes or until toasted. Set aside to cool.
- Divide the ladyfinger cubes between two 6-ounce dishes. Top with cherries, pudding, and almonds. Serve immediately.
