Cherry-Almond Chocolate Desserts
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cubed ladyfingers (2 ladyfingers; 1/2 oz.)
- 1/2 cup frozen unsweetened pitted tart red or dark sweet cherries, thawed and drained
- 1 3 3/4ounce container sugar-free chocolate ready-to-eat pudding
- 2 tablespoons sliced almonds, toasted
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place ladyfinger cubes on a baking sheet. Bake for 5 minutes or until toasted. Set aside to cool.
2. Divide the ladyfinger cubes between two 6-ounce dishes. Top with cherries, pudding, and almonds. Serve immediately.
