Whaddaya Want on Your Pizza?

12 1/2 inch Italian flat bread (focaccia) (12-1/2 ounces)

14 1/2 ounce can Italian-style stewed tomatoes, chopped and well-drained

cups chopped fresh or frozen broccoli florets

ounces sliced fat-free roasted chicken breast

tablespoons finely shredded Parmesan cheese

teaspoon dried Italian seasoning, crushed

cup shredded reduced-fat mozzarella cheese
Directions
Place flat bread on a baking sheet. Arrange tomatoes, broccoli, and chicken on top. Sprinkle with Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and mozzarella. Bake in 350 degree F oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until heated through. Let stand 5 minutes. Slice and serve. Makes 3 main-dish servings.
