Baked Parmesan Chicken

cup cornflake crumbs

tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

teaspoon Italian seasoning, crushed

tablespoons margarine or butter, melted
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 375 degree F.
2. In a bowl combine cornflake crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Dip chicken pieces in melted margarine or butter, then roll in cornflake mixture. Place on a baking rack in a shallow baking pan. Bake in the 375 degree F oven about 30 minutes or until no pink remains. Makes 4 servings.
