Rosemary and Citrus Sauce
Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup  coarsely chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1/4 cup  olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons  finely shredded lemon peel
  • 2 tablespoons  lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons  finely shredded orange peel
  • 2 tablespoons  finely shredded grapefruit peel
  • 1/2 teaspoon  sea salt or salt
  • 1/3 recipe Saucy Country Ribs (see Recipe Center)
  • Grilled Lemons (see recipe below) (optional)
Directions

1. In bowl combine rosemary, oil, lemon peel and juice, orange peel, grapefruit peel, and salt. Brush half the mixture on ribs at beginning of grilling. Brush remaining mixture on ribs the last minute of grilling. If desired, serve with Grilled Lemons. Makes 4 servings.

Grilled Lemons
Ingredients
  • 2 lemons, quartered
  • 1 tablespoon  olive oil
Directions

1. Brush cut sides of lemons with olive oil. Place on grill around ribs. Grill for 10 minutes, turning once, until warm and lightly charred.
