Cut tenderloin crosswise into 1/2-inch slices. In a 12-inch skillet cook garlic in oil over medium-high heat for 15 seconds. Carefully place the pork slices in the hot oil. Cook for 2 minutes on each side or until browned and no longer pink in center.
Add drained apples and thyme to skillet. Cover and cook for 1 minute or until apples are heated through.
