Maple-Mustard Sausages
Ingredients

    12 ounce package frozen link pork sausage, thawed
  • 2
    tablespoons sugar-free maple-flavored syrup with no-calorie, heat-stable sugar substitute
  • 2
    teaspoons brown mustard
Directions

1. In a large skillet cook sausages according to package directions. Drain fat from skillet. Meanwhile, in a small bowl stir together syrup and mustard; add mixture to sausages in skillet.

2. Cook, uncovered, over medium-low heat for 3 to 4 minutes or until sausages are glazed, stirring frequently. Serve immediately. Makes 6 servings.
