Ham and Cheese Dip

Directions

  1. Line a 3 1/2 to 4-quart slow cooker with a disposable slow cooker liner. Combine ham, cream cheese, Swiss cheese, onions, wine, and the 2 tablespoons honey mustard in prepared cooker.
  2. Cover and cook on high-heat setting for 1 to 2 hours or until cheeses are melted, stirring after 1 hour. Serve immediately or keep warm, covered, on warm setting or low-heat setting for up to 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Serve with toast points and, if desired, additional honey mustard for drizzling.

*Tip:

If you'd like to dress up the toast points, preheat broiler. Spread bread slices with melted butter; sprinkle with snipped fresh chives. Broil about 5 inches from heat until golden brown. Cut toasted bread into small triangles.
