Bourbon-Glazed Cocktail Sausages
16 ounce package cocktail wieners or small cooked smoked sausage links
cup apricot preserves
cup maple syrup
tablespoon bourbon or orange juice
- In a 1 1/2-quart slow cooker combine cocktail wieners, preserves, syrup, and bourbon. Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 4 hours.
- Serve immediately or keep warm on low-heat setting for up to 1 hour. Serve wieners with wooden toothpicks. Makes 12 servings.
