Pizza Cheese Bombs

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray an 8x8-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Unroll pizza dough on a lightly floured surface; using hands, press and stretch dough to form a 12x8-inch rectangle. Using a pizza cutter or sharp knife, cut rectangle into 24 squares.
  2. Divide pepperoni among dough squares; top each square with one cheese cube. Wrap dough around fillings to cover completely; pinch edges tightly to seal. Place filled balls with sides touching in the prepared baking dish.
  3. Drizzle cheese bombs with olive oil; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until golden. Serve warm with pizza sauce. If desired, sprinkle with crushed red pepper.

Make-Ahead Directions

Shape bombs and place in prepared 8x8-inch glass baking dish as directed. Cover dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate up to 8 hours. Thirty minutes prior to baking, remove dish from refrigerator and allow to stand at room temperature. Continue as directed in Step 3.
