Pimento Cheese Bruschetta with Prosciutto

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl stir together cheese, mayonnaise, and paprika. Season to taste with salt and black pepper. Pat roasted pepper dry with paper towels; fold into cheese mixture.
  1. Arrange baguette slices on a serving platter. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the cheese mixture onto each slice. Top with prosciutto.
