Pint-Size Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients

8 ounce package cream cheese, cut up
1/4
cup peanut butter

tablespoons sifted powdered sugar
1
tablespoon milk
1/4
8 ounce container frozen whipped dessert topping, thawed
1/3
cup coarsely chopped peanuts
4
graham cracker tart sheels
 
Desired ice cream topping or fresh fruit (optional)

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl beat together cream cheese and peanut butter until well blended. Add powdered sugar and milk. Beat mixture well.
  2. Fold in thawed whipped dessert topping, then chopped peanuts.
  3. Spoon mixture into individual tart shells. If desired, chill in the freezer for up to 20 minutes before serving. Drizzle with ice cream topping or top with fruit, if desired. Makes 4 servings.
