Pecan Pastry

Ingredients
 
Pastry for Single-Crust Pie (see www.bhg.com)

tablespoons finely chopped pecans

Directions

  1. Prepare a single-crust pastry except add the chopped pecans before adding water. Roll out and bake pastry as directed.
  2. If individual recipe calls for a double-crust pecan pastry, prepare pastry for Double-Crust Pie (see www.bhg.com) except add 1/3 cup finely chopped pecans before adding water. Roll out and bake pastry as directed. Makes 1 pie shell (8 servings).
