Pickled Red Cabbage and Pineapple Slaw

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl combine cabbage, pineapple, carrot, and onion. For dressing, in a small bowl combine remaining ingredients. Pour dressing over cabbage mixture; toss to coat.
  2. Cover and chill 2 to 6 hours. Use a slotted spoon to serve.
