Pickled Carrot Ribbons

Directions

  1. Using a vegetable peeler, peel long, thin strips of carrot into a bowl. Add garlic and dill.
  2. In a medium saucepan bring the water, the vinegar, sugar, and salt to boiling. Stir to dissolve sugar. Pour for 3 hours or up to 10 days. To serve, drain and discard garlic and dill.
