PB&J Smoothies
Ingredients
- Basic Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 banana
- 2 tablespoons grape jelly
- 2 - 3 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
Directions
Basic Method::
1. In a blender combine yogurt, milk, banana, jelly and peanut butter. Cover and blend until nearly smooth.
