Rotini with Ham



  1. Cook rotini according to package directions; drain and return to pan. Stir in alfredo sauce, milk, mozzarella, ham, Italian seasoning, and pepper.
  2. Transfer rotini mixture to four individual microwave safe containers. Cover and chill for up to 24 hours.

To tote:

Pack rotini mixture and Parmesan separately in an insulated container with ice packs. To serve: cover dish with vented plastic wrap. Micro-cook on 70% power (medium-high) for 4 to 5 minutes or until heated through, stirring once. Sprinkle with cheese.

Test Kitchen Tip:

Bake two of the casseroles in a 350 degrees oven for 25 minutes to serve right away. Chill the other two to tote.
