Ravioli with Red Clam Sauce
Ingredients

9 ounce package refrigerated cheese ravioli or cheese tortellini

14 1/2 ounce can stewed tomatoes

6 1/2 ounce can minced clams

medium zucchini, halved lengthwise and thinly sliced (1-1/2 cups)

teaspoons Italian seasoning, crushed

8 ounce can tomato sauce

tablespoon cornstarch

Grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
1. Cook ravioli or tortellini according to package directions.
2. Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan combine stewed tomatoes, undrained clams, zucchini, and Italian seasoning. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, for 1 minute. Stir together the tomato sauce and cornstarch until well blended; stir into hot mixture. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir for 2 minutes more. Serve clam sauce over hot pasta. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over each serving. Makes 3 servings.

I like making my own cuisine, and left out the stewed tomatoes, and seasoned them the way my family likes it,but if you like it use it, otherwise this is an easy fix in my book!
