Asparagus Alfredo

ounces dried spaghetti, linguine, fettuccine or angel hair pasta or 9-ounce refrigerated pasta

cup 1-inch pieces fresh asparagus
1/2
10 ounce container refrigerated Alfredo sauce (1/2 cup)

Directions

  1. Prepare the pasta according to package directions, adding the asparagus the last 3 minutes of cooking; drain. Add pasta mixture to pan. Stir in Alfredo sauce and lemon peel. Cook and stir until heated through. Makes 2 servings.
