Mint Avocado Dip

Directions

  1. Place avocados and lime juice in a medium bowl. Coarsely mash with a potato masher or fork. Stir in mint, green onions, and salt. Transfer to a serving bowl. Cover surface with plastic wrap and chill up to 24 hours. To serve, garnish with additional mint, if desired.
