Directions

  1. In a 1-pint screw-top jar combine tomato juice, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, chipotle pepper sauce, and cayenne pepper. Cover and shake well. Pour juice mixture over ice in serving cups. Slowly add beer, pouring against the sides of the cups. Garnish with lime wedges.
