Mediterranean Chicken Pita Sandwiches

cup chopped cooked chicken breast

15 ounce can no-salt-added organic garbanzo beans (chickpeas), rinsed and drained (about 3/4 cup)

cup diced tomato

cup thinly sliced red onion

cup crumbled reduced-fat feta cheese

cup plain low-fat yogurt

tablespoon snipped fresh mint

large whole wheat pita bread rounds

medium cucumber, thinly sliced
Directions
1. In a large bowl toss together chicken, garbanzo beans, diced tomato, red onion, and feta cheese. In a small bowl combine yogurt, mint, garlic, cumin, black pepper, and salt. Spoon yogurt mixture over chicken mixture; toss to combine evenly.
2. To serve, spoon chicken mixture over one pita bread round. Top with cucumber slices and the other pita bread round. Cut into 4 wedge sandwiches.
