I really enjoyed this dish. I made it for my husband and I and it was delicious. I added onions and a bit more vegetable broth. I will definitely be making this again soon.

I used Aidells fully cooked Italian Style with mozzarella cheese, Smoked Chicken & Turkey sausage. I also added sliced fresh mushrooms and 1/2 cup broth. It was delicious and I will be making it for company!

I made this for dinner tonight and we loved it!! I used the sweet peppers and added some sliced zucchini. I also added some extra vegetable broth. You want there to be enough broth to coat everything. It's not soup. Cheap and easy. I will be making this again and again!
